새[A Bird]

침묵의 하늘 아래

떠도는 언어의 새들.

산과 바다,

늘 그 사이에 강물이 되어 흐르는 시처럼,

그대가 준 그리움은 둥지를 떠난 새가 되어 ,

때로 부는 바람에 이는 파도가 되어,

때로 바람 한 점 없는 눈부신 햇살이 되어 ,

때로는,

적막과 침잠의 한가운데에 내려앉아

또 다른 한 마리의 새가 된다.

A BIRD

Under the sky of silence

birds of speech are floating around.

poems are like riverwater

always flowing among mountains and seas.

Grium you gave me becomes a bird soaring away from the nest ,

and sometimes becomes winds and waves,

or the sunshine without any cloud.

At other times,

it becomes a bird

nesting down in the midst of submerging calmness
